At some point you’ve heard of this expression, “the trend is your friend”. This expression is a classic and bears a significant truth. It looks simple but trust me, its tricky at times especially for beginners in technical analysis. Just remember, its a friend when you know how to use it.
Trend- ito ang pag galaw ng presyo sa stock market. Minsan tinatawag din itong Market direction.
3 types of trends:
Bullish o Uptrend – Higher high and Higher low. Mas mataas si high point 2 kay high point 1 ganun din mas mataas si low point 2 kay low point 1.
Bearish o Downtrend – Lower high and Lower low.Mas mababa si high point 2 kay high point 1 ganun din mas mababa si low point 2 kay lower point 1.
Sideways – Neither uptrend or downtrend. Kung hindi sya uuptrend at di rin sya downtrend, sideways ito.
