How to identify trends?

Trend trading is the simplest and most basic among the technical analysis family. A lot of times, it can make or break your gains. At least to me it did.

At some point you’ve heard of this expression, “the trend is your friend”. This expression is a classic and bears a significant truth. It looks simple but trust me, its tricky at times especially for beginners in technical analysis. Just remember, its a friend when you know how to use it.

Trend- ito ang pag galaw ng presyo sa stock market. Minsan tinatawag din itong Market direction.

3 types of trends:

Bullish o Uptrend – Higher high and Higher low. Mas mataas si high point 2 kay high point 1 ganun din mas mataas si low point 2 kay low point 1.
