Starting my retirement fund

After several days of thinking, I finally decided na gumawa ng another account exclusively for my long term cost averaging portfolio.

Iniisip ko nalang na this will be my retirement fund. We’re talking about 20 years from now ha…

I also decided na sa Philstocks magopen ng account. I already have COL account so it wont make sense kung COL ulit. Besides, mas maganda naman na meron kang second reference in terms of research diba?

When I opened my account in Philstocks, it took me atleast 2 days para pag isipan kung anong stock ang bibilhin. Among my choices were TEL, JFC, SMPH, and ALI. Maraming oras ang ginugol ko para makapagdecide. Here’s my draft para lang may idea kayo:

  • TEL – this will be a major player since napakalaki ng capitalization nya. Pero hindi aabot yung monthly budget ko
  • JFC – who doesnt love the langhap sarap giant? this is part of my top 3.
  • SMPH – The biggest retail chain in the country. Are they expanding? of course, big time! Beginning expansion in China
  • ALI – The longest running property developer in the country. Yet, no signs of slowing down. Buildinga mall that claims to be bigger the MOA

Sa dami ng naggagandahang companies na pinagpipilian ko, wala kang maitatapon. kahit na ano sa mga to sigurado namang buhay pa in the next 20 years. So, the final verdict is: ALI

Bakit ALI?

Only time will tell kunng tama ang naging desisyon ko ngayon.
